Follow these steps to scan your computer for viruses.
#1- Look at the bottom right-hand side of your screen in the task bar for a small "shield" icon.
#2- Right click on the shield. On the box that appears, click on "Virus Scan Console"
#3- In the Console box that appears, double-left click on "Scan All Fixed Disks"
#4- In the box that appears, Be sure that "All Fixed Drives" is highlighted and click on "Start" to start the scan.
Please note that your virus scan may take anywhere from 10 minutes to several hours to run. If it has found a virus, MacAfee will alert you asking if it should "delete" the file or "clean" it. Please click on "clean file" and contact Harold Winshel right away.
