RCIT is testing a new portal to their ticketing system. Please login to the system by clicking on the "sign in" link at the top right.
If you commonly contact the Help Desk via your firstname.lastname@example.org email account, please click on the "Log in with LDAP" option and use that email address and your NetID Password.
If you use another email account, please select the option to "Create one for free" or "Forgot your password" and login using those credentials.
Once you sign in, you will be able to click on "Ticket History" to see all of your communication with us.
